Cancellations must always be sent to us in writing. Please note that we always have to charge the travel price in the case of cancellation, whether due to illness or other incidents. Stays that have been confirmed by us in writing are binding, even if no deposit has been paid. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. After that we charge 100% of the travel price.
We also charge 100% of the travel price for non-arrival of a stay confirmed by us without prior cancellation.
